how can i determine if my ISP (onelinkpr) is firewallin the test page of testmy.net ?? this has never happened until the last few days. we the subcribers, for the last couple of weeks have had HORRIBLE latency.

i have been having inconsistecy of service with packet loss and the up&down roller coaster type of connection speed. btw.. are they blocking ports again ? i cant get game servers to show since saturday. and before that, the game server lists often dissapeared. weird sh17 !! anyone else ?
