No they arent sending a tech they just did some tests but i really think the way I can improve my internet because it is only 11mbps right now, think you can check out that css file i uploaded and tweak it more?

On the speakeasy test I got 26000 on the NYC server I wonder which is more accurate.

Okay I did all you said and it worked really good! I upgraded from 10Mbps to 15Mbps btw. Anyway check this out

I reverted the router to factory defaults changed the PW. Turned off the modem, then restarted my computer. And turned it back on both the modem and the router.

No the speed was great before, this is new pretty much when i updated from 10mb to 15mb package.

No changes to the router, running Vista Ultimate Edition 64 BIT.

Okay the modem is TOSHIBA PCX 2500 and the router is NETGEAR RP614v2 with only one computer on at the moment. Most of the time the other computer is off and was off when i did the test.
