Hello, everyone, and thanks in advance for reading this post. I had DSL Lite from bellsouth which is 256KB, but I realized that I wasn't getting anywhere with the connection so I decided to upgrade to the 1.5MB which promised to be atleast 7X faster, but this test doesn't appear to be the case. My upload speed is perfect, but as you can tell, my download speed is suffering. Could anyone help?

I'm not sure if its being affected by my Virus Scan/Spyware scan (the NDT test).
