Ok i figured out that the problem was on verizon's end and now everything is up and running thank god. But i'm still experiencing the same problem with my laptop guys have any ideas?

Thats what i first thought that it was the server but no matter wat i download its less than 100kbps. its really leaving me confused how the speed test says i have 18Mbps and i'm downloading less than 100kbps. :/

I have tried downloading other files, Reseting verizon router, power cycle everything, defragment, cleared my cookies, Deleted all my viruses and spyware but still have the same downloading speed less than 100kbps, i have tried other speed test sites and say i have a great connection. Well hopefully someone can help me :/ Please and thank you.
