Now, NET Virtua (cable) is offering from 200kbps to 100Mbps, as I said in the other topic. GVT (the unique trustable ISP that offers ADSL2 in Brazil) is offering from 3Mbps (almost U$180,00) to 100Mbps (don't know the price) well, now you have updated answers xD

by now, Virtua (Cable) offers from 200kbps to 100Mbps. It is expensive, because they'll only give you a bundle (internet + phone + TV), and you can't get just the internet. I have 500kbps, and it really sucks! it's something like U$45,00.
