Please help, my internet plan speed is 10Mb/s, but I see at least 3,5Mb/s!!. I have tested everything - cables, modem, changed problemical cables and it still not works better. Also I cleaned viruses from my pc. My connection is landline + DSL modem. Modem is 100Mb/s, all landline is freshly installed before 2 years. Manufacturer is 'Teo.lt'. I talked with them, It seems they don't care, they wish extra money. Please help.
