AVI to VCD?

what is a good program to use to encode AVI and burn to VCD?

I've always used nero, habit I guess.

I use Nero and Adaptec and I have to say I like Nero better. Good luck! :D

Im using Nero Vision express 2 and it takes like 5 hours to transcode a whole movie to dvd, ripping the movie took time too, but when I use dvd strink it took like 1hr - 1hr 1/2

Nero would be my 1st choice as well, maybe due to the ease of use! :D
