pretty nice speeds. Aren't you on the 1.5 T-1? Have you tried cablenut to try and reach the full 1500 speeds?

Try this:

Start*control panel*classic view*hardware tab*device manager*sound*video, and game controllers*(mine is ATI Unified sound card)* right click*properties*driver tab*uninstall*reboot   

By the way it has nothing to do with our transedge.  Its computer related.
