You're splitting hairs here aren't you?  What's the difference between your "real" word and mine?  Both words are "real" and both can be found in the dictionary.  Just because the one refers to a lung disease doesn't disqualify it.  Your word is made up four Latin words, each individual word meaning the same thing, making it a redundant compilation.

Regardless, at least you got us thinking.  :cool: :thumbsup:
