For me, this is absolutely GREAT!!
2 of my 3 pc's tested at this speed and the third is about 75 - 100 feet away from the Linksys and in a different building. I was also streaming audio at the same time!
The 3rd tested at 1175.....
Very happy with DW7000...it's just very expensive!

Sure would be nice to maintain the speeds we had in the 7000 beta testing at 600 up and 2000 down all day long.. We know it can be done and in excess of cable speeds but sadly the transponders get touchy with that much exchange.

Up until satellite internet I paid $80 a month to have dialup.
The reason, I had to rent a pair of wires over to an exchange with local AOL service. Try that for 10 year$..
