I dont know of any, ive never tweaked my internet on a mac, but look here http://www.versiontracker.com/macosx/
also what is your advertised speed? and what speed are you getting post your results.

I tried just a few minutes ago and was unable to find a program to tweak my mac. I dont think it can be done.
