If you are serious philp it appears that you are running at only 46.31 % of your hosts average (58.86). Meaning you need to get your comp in gear, or buy a better package!
But since I feel you are not serious!

Oh, no wonder, it's Earthlink. Are you using their software? The earthlink total access? If yes, I strongly recommend you uninstall it. It cause a lot of problem.
