I'm still on AGP(7800GS)  :haha: , since I built this just before the pci-e came out in full force...
But, I can still play BF2, and BF2142 @ highest settings with no lag...  ;)
Ram helps a lot with BF.

usially lcd's are darker in games, you just have to increase the gamma a bit to fix that.

DjVaGGo:

Yea I guess with the cold weather coming these places are going to stop the outdoor drinking activities for the meanwhile. Not sure when they usually close the outside part of the bar..

Found this other place in Williamsburg Brooklyn.. They have all the CLASSIC Video Game Arcade Systems.. Atleast 50 or more.. Everything is a Quarter, all the beers are microbrew and $5 bucks no crappy Bud-Mud..  :evil6:

The games are top-notch, Galaga - Pole Position - Rampage.. I was in Heaven!!

Posted Image

Who doesn't love Rampage???  :haha: :haha: :haha:

They have that artificially made beach over looking the NYC in Long Island City. That was a first when I went there over the summer. Really a nice place..

Hey they say its healthy to get drunk once and awhile, so I'll be doing exactly what my doctor ordered and probably this month. Will have to stop through the Beer Garden. Visit the european girls and have some potato pancakes..

:occasion14:

Wouldn't miss it for the world.. Regards, - - VyraX - -

PS - to keep this on TOPIC loading the Battlefield game in tonight..  ;)

I found a way to disable the "spyware" in the full version...

In order to prevent this 'functionality', the server can be prevented from being contacted by placing the following lines in either /etc/hosts on UNIX, or %WINDIR%system32driversetchosts on Windows.

127.0.0.1 madserver.net
127.0.0.1 ad.madserver.net
127.0.0.1 imp.madserver.net
127.0.0.1 media.madserver.net

Direct X is NOT in the download package for the demo...If you have problems running it, it is most likely a Direct X problem...Just a heads up since I have seen many people have problems traced back to not having the newest Direct X.
