Hi ijust upgraded my service to 3000/416 and I get speeds of

:::.. Download Stats ..:::

Connection is:: 2534 Kbps about 2.5 Mbps (tested with 2992 KB)

Download Speed is:: 294 KB/s

Tested From:: http://www.testmy.net/

Bottom Line:: 45 times faster than 56K you can download 1MB in 3.31 second(s)

Thank you very much Imma try it rit now it doesnt matter that I use pppoe or not rit the settings work fine in normal and pppoe rit? Imma post the results rit after I reboot!

It do matters if you using PPPoE or not

PPPoE has a MTU of 1492, win XP has a bug that limit the MTU to 1480 if your not using a router

other DSL has 1500 as MTU

i made the file from the MTU you had on that tweaktest

Still same this is like 80% rit witch means it can get higher rit?

It was all same if you need anymore information from me ask so u can make that custom settings correctly

open cablenut adjuster and make a screenshot of your current settings

also why did you start i new thread? I merged it to this one, and i dont think you will go faster then this

DO I really need to upgrade to sp2 cause when I did it b4 like two times when someone told me to do it i had so much problems with internet connections and accessing some webs like testing speed in testmy.net and stuff so many problems! And witch setting should I use the 3000/416 one or 3500/500 or the one from the folder

try the 3000/416 first and make a speedtest, then try the 3500/500 and compare what file that works best for you.
