it could be because yours comes through covad and not actually at&t

Maybe, the most popular internet services here in Phoenix, AZ is Cox and QWEST.

I have AT&T Yahoo DSL, and all I'm qualified for is the pro package(1.5-3 down, 512 up)

they have an elite package. 3.0-6.0

Sorry man, I missed your post. I got it hooked up now. I have the 3-6 down package and stick at 5 most of the time. I have loved it so far. Kicks suddenlink in the balls.  :grin2:
