i noticed a few days ago that my 10/1 package was only performing at approx half speed....
i didn't think too much about it as we have been having cold rainy windy days lately so i
figured something us up with that....then a couple nights ago a friend at work says charter
upgraded everyone to the 5/512 package free for a year...i said that is cool..enjoy...
this morning i am starting to get kinda aggravated at only running half speed & had a light bulb
go off & thought maybe when they upgraded everyone that they downgraded me at the same time...so i called charter & sure as s*it they had my modem programmed for the 5/512...
they reprogrammed my modem & now all is fine....so if any of you that have the 10/1 notice speeds aren't up to par you might call & see if they downgraded your service by mistake...
