I will post a better one soon, but this is a basic one i did in couple minutes.

ok today we will be making this : Posted Image

1. start off with transparent background.

2.  take a picture off the internet. paste it onto your sig.

3. apply ocean ripple to it. it should look like this :

4. take a c4d image, apply it wherever you want it. here's mine:

Posted Image

5. take your render, resize it. put it anywhere for now.

Posted Image

6. take your precious render, go to blur, motion blur, set it at 45º, distance 220

Posted Image

7. duplicate it a couple times until it covers up the sig. (pretty ugly huh?)

Posted Image

8. merge the blurred layers, put it under the c4d layer, set opacity to 60%

Posted Image

9. take your render again, paste it where you want it to be.

10.  make new layer, take faux finish brushes, brush with white around the render, set it to white outer glow, sharpen it as much as you like.

11. make new layer, go to image, apply image. go to filter > render > lens flare > 105mm lens, brightness up to you, go to image> adjustment > photo filter > warming filter, brightness up to you.

12. put your name on it. =D HOW TO MAKE GLASS TEXT: put your text in any color, right click the layer, go to blending options, embeal and emboss, set both slides to 0 px, leave first one at default. click ok. now move fill slider to 0%.
