this one is similar to others one, but its a video and i used a couple more things. its more in depth i would say.

what program do you use to create those tutorials? quick screen recorder?

Nice tutorial Kamil234. It's well done. 
I can't help but noticed that you're using Hypercam2 (unregistered).
Have you ever considered trying Paint.net? It's totally free and has a wide assortment of features, many of which you're using now. I think you'd enjoy it.

Oh okay. From the video, I didn't know if you were only using free apps.
Adobe Photoshop CS2/3 or Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo XI are my choices as well.
