Since last December Charter promised they would resolve the issues with there internet problem. About 2 weeks ago they finally finished there telephone service and now everything has its own line.... so I'm happy  Oh yea just call them and complain.They gave me a big discount for the next year.

nice speeds, i dont' have charter around here to my knowledge, but glad to see it got worked out
