What's your firewall + anti-apyware + anti-virus combination and what do you think of it. Do you think its the best combination.  I'm just trying to get ideas, i kno there are threads like this but not for all three in one. I just got a new laptop and for now i'm using:

windows firewall + windows defender + avg ant-virus

On my computers, i use the built in firewall in OSX, and thats it.

On the only windows computer i use that is connected to the internet i don't use any anti virus or anti spyware.

I use Blink (http://eeye.com). It is by far the best windows protection software out there because its not real virus/spyware protection, it just secures your system correctly.

I am currently running Kaspersky's suite.  It is pretty decent with a low memory footprint and classic update quickness.

I havent ran a firewall in 9 years and never had trouble yet. A few virus's along the way, nothing to bad. I think there is alot of fear mongering just to sell programs. Not saying someone couldnt fuck with me, but I dont care if they do. My pc has jack shit on it.

They are pretty much giving away that CA Internet Suite. At Tigerdirect.com they always have deals where you get like a DVD player, or USB drive + CA Internet Security Suite for free.
