Those tweaks worked for me (thanks to those tweaks now I am getting almost full speed)

Those arent the best either. They only tell you to change 2 settings when there are alot more that could be changed for much better performance.

So what Is the best tweak If it will give me higher upload speed than my ISP claims to the max I am willing to try it
