try tcp optimizer http://www.speedguid.../downloads.php.
set the slider to 3000 kbps and use optimal settings.
then have a speed test at testmy.net and post it here.

hi! does anyone knows how to tweak globelines broadband. im using a cable w/ connection of 384kbps. a service from the globe offers to make it faster but im going to pay for the charge. it really goes faster from 300 to 1000 kbps. tnx for the help...
