O.K., right now my FSB is 1085.00
3255.00 MHz
cpu utilization is 217.00 x 15.0(multiplier)
and all voltages set to default.
will this go faster, are do you think it is at it's peak?

You kind of got the wrong CPU to OC. The 6000+ (black edition) is 90 nm, 125W. The slightly newer 5000+ is 65nm, and 65W. Yours will scale a little further (+- 200 Mhz), perhaps with a voltage increase, but the power usage goes through the roof. Your 7600GTs should also OC nicely.
You could also try to OC your memory more, with an unlocked multi that's a bit easier.

Thanks for your help, But you are talking in a foriegn laguage in your post. I am sorry I did not understand it, but I am new at this overclocking stuff. I understand that I could OC the memory, is there a tool to do this, are just in my bios? Thanks so much for your help.

With your CPU there is no need to overclock...and if you do, it wont be much of anything. 

yes you can OC the stuff in the BIOS.  and OC your cards a bit.  but not by much at a time, remember patience when overclocking.


edit/ i have the AMD Athlon 64 x2 5600+ that is OC'd from 2.8ghz (stock) to 3.1ghz ..and its not really much of an inprovement...so dont expect a HUGE jump in performance.
