Difference between Ubuntu 7.10 and Ubuntu Studio?

Hi all,
I have Ubuntu Gutsy (7.10) installed on my comp. Recently, when searching for audio and video software and advanced editing tools for my Ubuntu Gutsy, i came across something called Ubuntu Studio, which has been specifically designed for video and audio professionals.. So, here are my questions below:

1. What is the exact difference between Ubuntu Gutsy 7.10 and Ubuntu Studio?
2. How do I install the iso pacakge for Ubuntu Studio over my currently installed Ubuntu Gutsy 7.10?
3. If i plan to install the Ubuntu Studio over my Ubuntu Gutsy OS, am i in a position to lose all the current data on Ubuntu Gutsy?

Please advise appropriately on this question.. I really appreciate all the responses from you guys...
