how to uninstall NIC driver?
i want to try it maybe its the only sulotion.

Hey,
Obviously  this could be software or hardware.  The easiest place to start is hardware (even if it does or does not boot in safe mode).  Pull all unnecessary cards (NIC, Sound, SCSI, etc).  Unplug all peripherals (CD/DVD/Floppies etc) from the drive cables and power supply cables (except the boot drive). Pull all ram but 1 stick.  Basically if it isn't the boot drive or the video card it should be disconnected from the power and mother board.

Reboot and see if it boots, if it does boot plug one component in at a time till it does not and then trouble shoot that part. If it doesn't boot swap the one piece or ram left in with a different stick and try that.

In the last week I have serviced 2 computers with the same problem, one was a toasted DVD and the second was a wireless internet PCI card (and the wireless card would only make the system reboot if the antenna was connected-- believe that).  One system would boot in safe mode one would not.

Thats a fast way to check major hardware.   If that doesn't work the only hardware left is the power supply or motherboard.  Then on to software.

Click the start button, right click "my computer", click "properties", click the "hardware" tab and then click the "device manager" button. Click the small box next to "network adapters" to expand it. Select your NIC card (mine says "Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller", but yours may be called something different) highlight it and right click on it. Select "disable" then click "yes" or "ok" in the next window that appears. Close all windows and reboot the system.

try cleaning your computer.. especially that processor..
maybe its over heating..
