hello,

did you try tweaking your canopy module?

i got stable speed of 350+/- Kbps on downlink and about 200 +/- Kbps on uplink...

the last resort to this is by tweaking the canopy AP's of smartbro..

i'll be posting some of the screenshots of the AP's and the CMM micro of smartbro that i have accessed...

in your case, try to post the details that you have from the canopy SM link test using MIR...so that i can help you with your problem.. :)

Tools>Options>Advance>Network>settings>Manual proxy configuration then type in proxy.smartbro.net port 8080

try to read my post, we cant blame smart if our connectoin would drop out occasionally... canopy just need more height and proper connection configuration, because sometimes - too much traffic in the base station(tower) kicks us off.

proxy servers work on browsers but not in downloading or playing online games.
