please be informed that i did & tested the tweaks in XP and not in Vista. my apology but it will be a long time before i will upgrade to Vista and do some tweaks for smartbro users on Vista  (whispering) unless someone donates a cpu with Vista on it for tweaking purposes. (jk)

awww...  .. so my speed in smart bro in cebu will be the same as of now.. hoping that cool buster will have his updates on vista soon.. i can wait anyway.. tnx again cool buster... uhmm... what about globe broadband? are there also any tweaks? im using globe broadband in bohol and i want to tweak it also..
