Seems like everyone (myself included) has kicked Vista under the bus, i'm curious of what your current OS (or OS's) of choice are; running MSServer 2003 R2 Enterprise here, how about you?

XP on one and Vista on the other. They are both nice. I understand the XP better but the Vista is cool.

OS X all the way for me. I have XP installed in parallels on my macbook for a program I use in the field, and my Vista dell desktop I use for 3D max at work.

XP on the Desktop and Vista on the Laptop! Vista is different but I'm getting used to it and its not that bad so far. Just another learning experience.

mandriva linux and media center xp on laptop and xp pro on the desktop...wanting to get a macbook though....or an extremely nice laptop

vista....i honestly don't see anything wrong with it. That said, i don't have any special computer needs that some users might need and keep them off of vista. I tried ubuntu linux but it seems that it offers more control that i bargained for so i stay away from it.

Vista on my laptop and my desktop. XP running on my Folding@ Home desktop. I been running Vista for a while now and never had any problems with it.

vista something now...getting used to it...can't complain...well yes i can and i do but not about this just yet give me time...i'm a woman...

fav so far of all time was me...hahaha jk...was xp pro...i miss it...it's no my grdaughters computer...she's 7...not hooked up to internet just yet...she just uses mine...she loves vista...well actually what she said was "is it different?"...wait til she gets internet on her machine...i might steal it

mine's XP Pro on desktop & laptop.

I like Vista also, after i add another 1gig of RAM on my desktop, that should help a bit.

Notice: Someone managed to trim down Windows Vista to run on Pentium III pc's with 256mb RAM. I don't know it's true or not

That would be interesting to read about. I would love to trim the Vista down on my wife laptop!

Of late been playing with diffrent flavors of xp pro. Thats Xp pro modified in diffrent ways. I use my legit key. Some really good stuff out there.

The people that put these together are just Super Smart. Some super boot up options. Really like tinyxp, LastXp, And essentials 2.

Well I Run Professional and have Virtual PC so I get the pleasure of installing whatever I want so my money is on Ubuntu and possible OS X Leopard when I finally figure out how to run it on my IBM machine since its suppose to be designed for x86 processors. I've got Vista and Ubuntu 8.04 on my 6 month old Inspiron 1720. I installed Ubuntu one day mainly because I was bored. Took a little while to get it fully up and running but I'd say it runs faster than Vista.
