help anyone,.,when i change the folder settings to view the hidden folders,,the hidden folders still does not appear,.,when i saw the folder settings,,the option hide hidden files is still cheked but i have already unchecked it,.,help

Did you hit Apply and OK after selecting show hidden folders?

try using the Remove Restrictions Tool (RRT)
