I'm supposed to have the Basic Package 10,000/512 but after this testing I'm not sure  .
I have cleared my browser history, scanned for virii, updated my drivers all to no avail. I've tested for
the past 3 days and it's not getting any better. Anyone have any suggestions? .
Upload really sucks!!

Are you behind a router? If so try bypassing it to the modem and try that.

Download is much better but Upload is just fair. I tested the Upload at a different speed than yesterday. What do you think?

I'm on the 7 Mbps plan (which is the "Standard" package, and costs $54.95/mo (seems kind of high)). I have the automatic test running every 3 hours, and haven't gotten anything above 4.8 Mbps down..

I called them once already and they said these speeds are to be expected. Is this the case, or were they giving me some BS?

The only other plan they have above this is the "Turbo" 10 Mbps, but I'm not sure I want to pay more if I'm not getting what I'm paying for to begin with.
