Hello everyone I am curious if I should trade in my modem since we have had it for about 5 years. It is an Arris telephony type modem and I was wondering if the ones they have now are the same as mine or if they are built better to run more efficiently with the little changes such as this powerboosting that is available and I am subscribed to in their PLG package.

I would goto the local office and ask them which 1 they use on a new install.

i seen some branches puting modems on new customers that are 3 or 4 years


check that they are not just putting in the same model that u have
