Well, sorry for throwing this one on yall. And just as I am back to full power on my PC. A'int that a Croc. Smiles, just a play on words. The SC legislature decided to enact a law to propose Alligator hunting is legal. Well it came to fruition, and it is now a law in South Carolina. At first, I was glad for the law. I have seen a buddy of mine have his arm ripped out of the socket by a very large alligator.

Recently though, I have been on a few "alligator hunts". And to tell you the truth, it a'int pretty. Many take the Alligator just to "take it". Mind you, I have been to Louisiana, and I know what good "gator" tail tastes like, it is a delicacy. But here in SC, there are many that are killing the alligators just to kill.
Anyway, i guess it will be solved again some day.

I'm not into killing animals for sport! I don't even hunt deer on my own property or let other people. If we get to where we are hungry I will shoot one to survive. I think people who hunt have a Napoleon complex or tiny dicks and have to make up for it by killing Bambi's.

I was brought up as a hunter with my Dad . it wasn't something I really wanted to do..I did it basically to get out of school for the day ..in fact I was pissed at Dad when we had a giant Turkey in the freezer and he decided to kill and eat a fresh one instead that thanksgiving , which happened to be my pet...yeah , I still fume over that one. I didn't eat Turkey that Holiday.

No selection right for me in the poll.I think if the gators are over populated in a certain area then limited hunting until the population is back in control. With some moved to lower population areas if possible.
Myself I have no problem with hunting for food even if I can buy meat in the store.I have never killed an animal for sport.
I still even remember & regret using a cleaning method suggested by a freind that caused 5 rabbits to be unuseable.I should have known better but it was quick & I tried it.
I see no difference in taking a wild animal & eating a domestic one raised for meat. Both loose their life.So if you eat the meat of domestic animals you are just as reasponsible for taking that life as the hunter is when he takes the life of a wild animal.
For you vegetarians just because you can't hear a carrot scream when you rip it out of the ground leaving part of its roots behind & then wash & eat it doesan't mean it didn't feel it.So you kill things & eat them too.
I eat & enjoy both meat & vegetables.
Now for the "hunter" that kills for sport he is the worst kind of coward low life son of a bitch.I almost lost a job over expressing that opinion to a company salesman. He had killed a mountain lion.He paid about $1000 to do it.The guide had dogs tree the animal. This SOB took pictures of the lion live & treed. Then shot it & took pictures of it dead. You know the trophy pictures like he had accomplished something.

I will never hunt any animal. We have deer in our backyard, but we don't kill them.
If an animal population is overpopulated, I guess we can do something about it...but kill? no way!
If I am starving, I will have to kill one, but why not eat berries? >.> that's my opinion
