Michael Jackson will be buried this week– without his brain. As his family tries to finalise details for the King of Pop’s funeral on Tuesday they have been told it will be held back for tests.

They faced the grim choice of waiting up to three weeks for Jackson’s brain to be returned to them or go ahead and bury him without it – which they have decided to do.

Los Angeles Coroner’s spokesman Craig Harvey confirmed that neuropathology tests will be carried out to see if it holds any clues to the exact cause of his death.

But the examination cannot begin until at least two weeks after the death when the brain has hardened sufficiently to slice it open..............................

The ending is also fitting.

- MICHAEL Jackson starred as the Scarecrow in The Wiz, the 1978 musical version of  The Wizard of Oz – playing the character without a brain opposite Diana Ross as Dorothy.

I try to block out "The Wiz".  I've watched bits. And if I was an inner city youth, I'd pop a cap in the creators azz.   :tickedoff:

And who was that black kid as the lead male actor anyways?  :2funny:

Now that looks like Michael Jackson, the other seemed an imposter.......body snatchers and such.....I loved that movie with Donald Sutherland and the other scary favorite of mine, The Blob with Steve McQueen.

how come thre is all this talk about jackson and none about billy mays. i thought of mays as more of an example than i did jackson...i mean personal life wise not careers here. but still someone with a big career, big deal it was going to happen anyways...not to be rude but its been weeks, seems like the news and stuff drags it out way too far just for ratings...it sucks. i have not seen more than 2 things about faucett (spelling?) or mays.

No doubt bro.  :icon_thumleft: But Mays and Faucett are not as much fun to pick on.

Mays and Faucett just did not exploit themselves like he did, I mean Madonna never did much good, but look at her, everyone knows her.   :wink2: Or Britney Spears. To me its best they are not blown out of whack like that. Much more respectful. Just bad timing partly too.

Bad timing, I thought about that, until I realized that the weekend that 5 celebrities passed, was the weekend that the Bush administration had set up for the U.S. to leave the major cities in Iraq to the Iraqi's, and was rarely found in the media anywhere  :undecided: Something to think about.

But people love a media circus, and Michaels the best circus in town. Will be interesting thing to see if the folks riot a little bit in L.A. due to the one mile barrier.

There was a tiny blurb from Lisa Marie Presley(former wife of Michaels), and her saying that Michael did not want to be like Elvis after death. But at least Michael did not die on the toilet. And the sales of Jacksons albums should help clear up some of that debt or non-debt, depending on who is cooking the books.
Then theres that 5 doctors who prescribed stuff.
Then theres the easy case for Jacksons, two kids real mother, to get custody from the bat-shiat crazy, beating, embezzling mooching Jackson parents.

And Karl Malden just died as well.
