Access Overload Class in UM175 Diag Screens/HDDR

What does the ACCESS OVERLOAD CLASS need to be set on when you force HDDR? (UM175/Verizon)

It lists a range of 1 to 15, and always defaults on 15.

I've tried 3, 10, and 15, and I dont see any noticeable change.

What exactly does this control?

Well, this is a MILLENICOM account, which basically is a VERIZON account sold by a third party. So, those people are clueless.

As many towers are leased, sometimes its not clear who operates service out of a specific tower (not even by going right up to the gate and reading the signs).
