I know there are formulas, but Iv'e never used them, i just take a basically close package , and start messing with it until i get something that works decent. Kind a like the better half
Try this, change the receive window , or "rwin " to double what it is now. Reboot , and do several tests. Leave it alone for a while , unless it's aweful, then you still have the numbers, go back.

all you have to do is
1. Open cablenut adjuster
2. erase the value of 65535 in the field DefaultSendWindow
3. click save to registry
4. Reboot your PC.
