These guys are correct in saying that what you are getting is about what you will get, but there are a few things you can do to fine tune what you have. First how well maintained is your machine, do you keep simple lightweight security systems , are you keeping your browser clean from bandwidth slurping malware, what about TCP teaks, have you done any registry adjustments.
