The IMF blames weakness in the financial sector and the crisis of confidence in some national economies.

Is daily spun; but there exists no loom
To weave it into fabric.

With regard to spending and debt, if you consistently spend more money than you have coming in, you have no integrity. This applies to individuals, businesses, and governments.

You are so wrong about the integrity and credibility of individuals. Lets take a Man in his middle to late 50's with an income of 75k and he gets down sized to $1300 or so a month. This individual tries to keep up on all his bills and is not eating much anymore. Can't find a job because of his age (age discrimination is still well a alive in America). He has a fist of credit cards to juggle so he can maintain a miserable at best existence. He is still making ends meet by working under the table when ever he can doing jobs he never dreamed he would be doing. So if this man has no integrity or credibility for what he is doing. I say go Fornicate yourself!!! Never judge a book by the cover unless you have read it.

Just my .02 worth.
