Your traceroute is clean, hop 11 is supposed to look like that by the way... The Planet told me that it's only an issue is the subsequent hops fail.

A while back I had my host look into YOUR trace specifically. They said no packet loss and everything looked good. I don't know what to tell you other than sit tight... I have a bunch more servers coming online by the end of the month :-/

It has nothing to do with my end though... your host must not have very good peering to Houston. But then again you had problems on your last host.

testmy.net is different... stop comparing our scores to other sites... it's not always that easy.

... One thing to also understand is that the test method here is COMPLETELY different than anywhere else. Because of that method you can sometimes find other problems with your computer that aren't even necessarily related to your internet. For instance, my girlfriends old macbook could only pull about 6Mbps... I changed her hard drive out for a faster one and BAM now she maxes out my connection.

You can't always compare the scores here with scores you get at other places... this site is totally different.

I can tell you this much. I tested at the same time as you just now and pulled 37Mbps ... AND you have a clean route from what I see. You seriously might want to look into other issues you may have dude. ;)
