Please help, my internet plan speed is 10Mb/s, but I see at least 3,5Mb/s!!.

I have tested everything - cables, modem, changed problemical cables and it still not works better. Also I cleaned viruses from my pc. My connection is landline + DSL modem. Modem is 100Mb/s, all landline is freshly installed before 2 years. Manufacturer is 'Teo.lt'. I talked with them, It seems they don't care, they wish extra money.

Please help.

Your connection is: 3700 Kbps or 3.7 Mbps

You downloaded at: 452 kB/s

You are running: 65 times faster than 56K and can download 1 megabyte in 2.27 second(s)

If you're on DSL, you should know that the linespeed is very dependent on the distance from the hub you're connected to. This isn't something your ISP can do much about, but it's a positive thing for them anyway. It's not something they should keep a secret though, that's just lame.
