I have 512kbps aggregate in canopy now almost 4 or 5 months already due to my antenna(1mbps aggregate) flew away because of the storm "Ondoy".. Im very disappointed when i see my QoS 512kbps=>UL+DL only last time in my old antenna it is 1000..I get only 40-50kbps download last time it was 150-200kbps that was a very big deal in speed. Is there a chance to change this aggregate to 1mps or to report in smartbro? because they are in not right plan to install 1mbps but they install 512kbps to me ..Im already a old subscriber of smartbro "2007" but they give me this !!!
