Sony Ericsson has sued Clearwire Corporation over the company's green circular logo, according to <a href="http://www.nwinnovation.com/story/0033279.html">Northwest Innovation</a> and a <a href="http://stadium.weblogsinc.com/engadget/files/sevsclear.pdf">Sony Ericsson complaint</a> (pdf) filed Friday in the Virginia Eastern District Court. According to the complaint, Clearwire's logo is "confusingly similar" to Sony Ericsson's logo (see example <a href="http://www.google.com/images?rlz=1C1_____enUS408US408&q=Sony+ericsson+logo&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi&biw=888&bih=579">here</a>), and Sony does not believe consumers are capable of differentiating between a swirl -- and whatever it is Sony Ericsson's logo is supposed to be.
