Sony Ericsson has sued Clearwire Corporation over the company's green circular logo, according to Northwest Innovation and a Sony Ericsson complaint (pdf) filed Friday in the Virginia Eastern District Court. According to the complaint, Clearwire's logo is "confusingly similar" to Sony Ericsson's logo (see example here), and Sony does not believe consumers are capable of differentiating between a swirl -- and whatever it is Sony Ericsson's logo is supposed to be.

Like most big companies, they will keep throwing money at it until they win.
