Virus infected?

my computer is infected by a virus which makes all the installed exe files clear and when i open it the document folder is opened , any solution

You can also download the attachment to your desktop and run it. It is a .com extension so you'll be ok. It fixes the exe file association issue from the virus. I use it all the time for this exact issue.

you should be able to right click on the file once on your desktop to unzip or , decompress. If not , then maybe you have another machine you can unzip it on.

When you do your scans , make sure to do them in safe mode.

Get to the CNET.com site and find the Download.com area in the bottom left of the page. Download the AVG and AntiVira Anti-Vir sites.
Both will take about 30-35 mins to run. Run the AVG first and it will find the virus and remove it. The AntiVir seems to remove virus that the AVG recognizes but can not remove.
Both are free and can update daily. Both can be set to run a scan daily for free. I run AVG at midnight and AntiVir at noon. They have kept my system clean for two years. Hope it helps.
