Hi to all!
I was hoping I could get some user based help, as my ISP is saying there is no problem. I am currently on a 60 / 5 plan, however, I can only actually receive that speed from servers that there are not many hops to. Now I know there will be some overhead lost, but I am seeing 60/5 go down to, at its worst 5/1. I will usually hover in the 30 - 45 down range, and 1.5 - 3.5 up range. Hardware I had was a sb6120 modem, just recently replaced with cisco dpc3010. My router is the netgear wndr3700, running the latest firmware. Any help would be much appreciated!

I had the same issue with my 50/5 service with that cisco modem it was forced on me by the isp to troubleshoot modem issues I couldn't break 25 down when I switched back to my sb6120 and instantly got 55 down to this site, with the cisco modem it showed I was getting 60 down local only
