Just 10 days away from my celebration ( go figure )
and 13 for the Christians ,
this time of the year is special to us all , it's mid winter ,time to celebrate the gathered harvest ,
( mine now comes via the local super store :D , just 400 yards away ,
but I ain't forgot the village days ,when Christmas dinner came from the local farm ( turkey )
and the veg came dug out of local fields ,

just thought I would post a card . I found on the web , no Idea who terry is ,I just added the greetings :D

Best regards

Shucks ,I feel all Christmasey , :-* , I got my invite to the local church for Eucharist,
I will be going , 11 pm -1 am Christmas eve/day , as a non believer I still 800px-Hampton_Hill_cemetery.jpg enjoy the service ,
and join in the singing ( frog croak baritone )
I think it's sexual thing for me , first time I went there was a pause in the service ,
the stranger next to me (female) turned and gave me a hug , the next year I carefully chose to sit next to the most attractive gal ,
at the designated moment she turned and shook my hand :D ,

btw , my local church on the hill UK (St. James ) has graves of American/Canadian WW2 dead , they ain't forgotten ,
also has a memorial to a German bomber crew that hit the steeple trying to do a emergency landing in the dark ,
non of these warriors were over 25 years of age , they had no life at all  ,
something to reflect on over the Christmas dinner ,
