Yet another ( this makes what, 20 bankruptcies now of obama led " new energy movement " )
Again , everything that man stamps his name on , goes sour. This time , 181 million to a company that was supposed to make batteries for cars such as the chevy volt , that have sold something to the effect of 6,000 in this past year.
Wasting away money not even in the bank yet, this will be payed for by our children and there children. Good going again obama.
Ener1 goes belly up

"Ener1 is just the latest company to seek bankruptcy protection after receiving assistance from the Energy Department under the economic stimulus law. California solar panel maker Solyndra Inc. and Beacon Power, a Massachusetts energy-storage firm, declared bankruptcy last year. Solyndra received a $528 million federal loan, while Beacon Power got a $43 million loan guarantee."
"A CBS News investigation found earlier this month that a dozen green-energy companies - which in total received at least $6.5 billion in stimulus money from the federal government - have filed for bankruptcy protection."

Good info. I'de like to see someone compile a list of all the businesses that were included in the 700 billion dollar free for all, and the percentage of them that have failed. Or will in the next few months.
