That the constitution of the United States of America , was written for the time when government grew to the point that it takes on a life of it's own.
When government grew to a point when those directly involved in stepping outside of the means that have kept society as stable as any society of this size can be, when some people grew into entities of there own for purposes outside of the rules of natural law. This is when the constitution was written for.
The constitution was written for the people , as a guide, as a standing point , a pillar , a rock that was well thought out for the future , which is now.
Flawed ? Yes maybe a bit , no one is perfect. But the basis that men can govern themselves , that men can do as they please so long as there not harming anyone else, may be a section not entirely included in the correct wording.
None the less, this document was written , knowing this time in the growth would need something stable and sane to stay grounded to.
