This morning, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its opinion with regard to Senate Bill (SB) 1070, Arizona’s attempt to address illegal immigration.
In Arizona v. United States, (Sup.Ct. No. 11-182), the Supreme Court unanimously upheld the key provision of the law, which requires Arizona law enforcement officers to determine the immigration status of anyone detained in a traffic or other lawful stop, but only if the officers have reasonable suspicion that the individual in question is not in the country legally.
However, a majority of the Court determined that three other provisions of the Arizona law were unconstitutional: (1) making it a state crime for an immigrant to fail to register as required by federal law; (2) making it a crime for an illegal immigrant to work or to try find work in Arizona; and (3) giving Arizona police officials the power to arrest a person without a warrant if the officers have probable cause to believe that the person is deportable under federal law. …

Not even close !

As stated in another thread, the obama has created a hotline ( phone number ) that allows anyone that sees any law enforcement trying to gain access to someone legalities as far as citizenship to call and complain about.

It's treasonous to not uphold the laws of the land and he and his administration as well as the lawyers that write this tripe are held accountable.

It is now literally illegal to even call and request any persons citizenship.

It is illegal to send any illegal person to jail unless they have committed a felony, they can commit any crime they choose under felony. You cannot hold any illegal person in jail for anything less.

This of course is an interpretation , at the same time , this IS what the law means at this point.

So how's everybody doing in that little head of yours ? ™

In all respects to whats going on , this is pure amnesty for political value nothing more. Not a fix , not a solution to stopping someone or group from coming in the open borders with the intent of harming Americans, this is simply ridiculous games.

So how's everybody doing in that little head of yours ? ™
