Biggles and Roco , wish everyone a great 4 th of July ,
maybe I am a bit premature , but it is the 4th in the UK , 1.01 AM GMT,
Respect as always ,

Rains from the sky a meteoric shower
Of facts... they lie unquestioned, uncombined.
Wisdom enough to leech us of our ill
Is daily spun; but there exists no loom
To weave it into fabric.

Happy 4th of July to you too! I hope everyone has a safe and happy Independence Day.

... taxing our tea was the last straw... and now all Americans drink coffee just to show the English that we never cared about tea in the first place. We just didn't want taxed as if we were still on English soil. We actually all REEEEAAALLY love tea but you guys ruined it for us... thanks allot, damn Tories! :laughing7:

Yup ca3les right , we drink hell out of coffee , but honestly tea rules. Seems over the years Iv'e been gravitating towards tea, drinking more all the time . But finding the right one is tough.

Since i prefer more caffein , a smooth not bitter but bold finish.

Either way were taxing piss out of ourselves now , maybe better to have stuck with the brits !

So how's everybody doing in that little head of yours ? ™

Hi Mudmanc, Nah you were better off going independant , and suprisingly it made life better in the UK ,
as it was the first rebelion he faced and lost , kinda put the wind up him ,
Coffee , we been getting health warnings on excessive coffee drinking , 4 a day is optimal , and has some health benifits ,
Tea or Coffee , for me if I got things to do it's coffee , if I am relaxing like reading a book etc . it's got to be tea with a cheese and tomato sandwich , but cucumber sandwiches on Sunday, with the crust cut off , and a cup of Earl grey tea , (I wish )
but since the maid went and voted labour she had to go ,

Hope everyone had a safe and Happy 4th of July...Independence Day...236 years ago today we declared our independence...I'm proud to be an American and proud of my country...one of a kind in the world...and she still stands for freedom.

Personally I didn't do much but hang out with my daughter and my son-in-law...most of the rest of my family was at the lake...but I did see a few fireworks in the distance...pretty cool. Had original plans to get closer but it was sprinkling all day so i figured it was all gonna get canceled...oh well had a good time anyway. Now since I've been up since 330am i'm off to relax and do nothing.

I switched to tea since the coffee oil was killing my insides. And now have gone to decaf green tea walmart brand. Pretty good stuff and don't matter how much I drink that way. And I usually drink it cold. Weird how it never gets dark like brown tea though. Yummy, that make me want another glass now. >>>>>>>>>>>>>

A day late and the calendar page is still on June, but Happy Fourth of July!

I like coffee and I like tea, but when they'er Mixed together, it's a bitter union. Recon thats why we set this Great Country Free. Friends can be different, and equally tasteful.

it's got to be good for you Bro, on a hot day try it cold with ice and a twist of lemmon ,
that recipie goes back to the old Brit Indian empire , also very popular in Germany , but sometimes with larger added,
it's very refreashing ,

Moving on to Mudmanc's , leaving the crust on the bread . cutting it off is a old English joke sort of ,(legend ? )
the old wives tale of "eat up the crust or you hair won't grow curly " is an old one , and I can still remember my aunt
telling me this , I guess it must be old like me ( LOL ),
now what young lad wants long curly hair when trying to get a toe hold into the macho world ? ,
cant think of anything worse , apart from long curly red hair and specticales on a boy , on a girl it can look cute ,
The maid voted labour and had to go ? ,
that refered to my EX , (still best of friends and why not ) after 8 years of driving to the polling station .
I accidently discovered she voted labour ,thus cancelling ot my conservative vote , (Doh )
one of us had to go , yeah, I ended up sleeping in my car , the ex went on to own her own property outright
then started voting conservative ,
politics are not spoken about in the UK , I can only guess my neighbours choice , same goes for religion ,
it's not polite to inquire or try to influance ,indeed not a topic on English forums , they would just get boring if it was,
I now only vote in the London Mayor elections , then only for the candidate with the most unruly hair like mine ,
and can't get his tie straight , me neither
I voted for Boris , he is now serving his second term
