Amazing !!!! I've been holding these guy's to the fire for a few years, watching them grow and flow with trends. This new news is simply amazing , LOVE IT !!!!

PHOENIX, Sept. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Tranzbyte Corporation (ERBB (OTC:PK), announced today that it has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire the exclusive North and South American marketing rights to one of the world's least expensive and most practical MRI machines – the Cirrus MRI, from Hurricane Enterprises Ltd, a Hong Kong Company.
Hurricane Enterprises Ltd (www.hurricanemri.com) has obtained exclusive world-wide distribution rights to the ground-breaking Cirrus Open 0.2 Tesla MR Imaging Device developed in Canada under the auspices and funding of The National Research Council of Canada, (the "NRC"). The Cirrus MRI is an open Magnetic Resonance Imaging Device intended to provide a physician with a patient's internal physiological imagery using magnetic resonance imaging techniques - all without the use of ionizing radiation or advanced cryogenics.
The Intellectual property rights for this innovative MRI machine continue to be held by the NRC, with manufacturing rights held by a consortium of scientists involved in the development of the technology. Worldwide distributor rights are held in a Hong Kong company controlled by Hurricane Enterprises, Ltd..
Principle advantages of the Cirrus Open 0.2T MRI are its lower purchase price and lower operating costs. Because it does not require cooling with liquid helium, it is also much safer and more appropriate for use in remote areas. Also, the Cirrus MRI is far more resilient against local power level fluctuations. The software-driven device comes equipped with Internet-ready capability, allowing radiologists and technicians anywhere with Internet access to review results in real time from the convenience of their urban hospital settings.
According to David Gwyther, Tranzbyte's president, "I believe the Cirrus Open MRI will enable doctors and patients living in thousands of locales throughout the world to take advantage of this potentially life-saving technology at a cost per image - far below what is considered standard."

indeed good news , untill China got a mention , how come it's not a fully American system ? ,

BTW, in the UK a MRI scan is free if your NHS Doc thinks you need one ,and more or less standard for anyone over 60 ,

yeah , my Doc said F**k off , you are fitter than a butches dog ,LOl , but nice to know the option is there ,
indeed most of my family have availed themselfs of a scan ,again free of charge , Not realy, I paid for it in past health care tax with no regrets , as I am sure you will when it kicks in in the States ,
so yuo can afford health insurance , maybe your neihbour cant , ? , he gets sick with a deadly virus and dies ,
be aware it can hop fences easy , just saying ,

PHOENIX, Oct. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Tranzbyte Corporation (ERBB (OTC:PK) announced today that it has engaged its administrative and legal resources to answer an information request received by the company from the Depository Trust Company (DTC) on September 8, 2012. The DTC request for information was triggered by Tranzbyte's appeal of DTC's decision 18 months ago to place a deposit restriction or "chill" on the company's common shares on March 18, 2011. ERBB has continued to trade during this period, but trade completion times are extended and can be more expensive.
According to Company president, David Gwyther, "The Deposit Transfer Restriction or 'Chill' placed on our common stock last year has hobbled our company's growth. Since my arrival at the Company this year, one of my most important priorities - as directed by the Board - has been to successfully complete the appeal process with the DTC. Shareholders should know that the Company has been fully engaged in this appeal process with the DTC for over a year in an effort to have the chill lifted at the earliest possible time."
Continues Gwyther, "The Company is engaged in some very exciting business segments that I believe will have a positive impact on the future growth of Tranzbyte. Although our efforts, as we enter the final stage of this long appeal process, do not insure that Tranzbyte will be successful in reversing the DTC decision to 'chill' the stock, the company is cooperating in good faith with the DTC to achieve that result."
Both Tranzbyte Corporation and its divisions will continue to release details of new products and future acquisitions in the coming days, weeks and months.

When a company as diverse as tranzbyte expands, 'things' get a bit hairy. This needs to be released so the company can continue to grow. Will be watching.

It is not the shares I'm concerned with. The company is promoting human health, outside of the mainstream closed circuit groups. Take the time to have a quick look into the company, you may gain some insight.

Good for you Colorado.

Altitude Organic, a division of Tranzbyte Corporation (ERBB:OTC:PK) is pleased to announce that its licensed Colorado Springs store has moved to its new downtown location. In addition to the move, the store has also expanded, adding a much larger OPC-licensed warehouse facility. Nationally known marijuana cultivation expert, Ed Rosenthal, will be appearing at the new Altitude Organic Medicine location this Saturday, November 10th. Folks interested in hearing and chatting with Ed can contact the Colorado Springs store for more details.

In light of last night's passing of the historical Amendment 64 cannabis legalization initiative, Colorado cannabis businesses may see their customer potential grow from 100,000 to 1,000,000+ in just over a year's time. State rule-making authorities and the Colorado Department of Revenue Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division (MMED) will spend the next year planning the roll out of the world's first-ever adult use, taxed, and regulated marijuana industry. Investment in the local Colorado economy is expected to grow exponentially and enormous production capacity will have to be built to supply the post-Amendment 64 legal marketplace. Local construction, architects, plumbers, electricians, building suppliers, environmentalists, attorneys, accountants, gardeners, and retail jobs are just a sample of the myriad of new work opportunities becoming available in Colorado and expected to have a very positive effect in lowering unemployment in the state.

Altitude Organics managing director, Brian Cook stated, "We are living in historical times, indeed! Along with Washington state, Colorado has now legalized adult use of cannabis. This is a sign that Americans would prefer growing cannabis again in America just as the Father of our country, George Washington, did during colonial times, instead of depending on foreign criminal cartels for production."
