I have done repeat tests over several minutes. speediest.net - consistently shows my speed as 1.4 Mbps [ i am paying for 2 Mbps ] as it connects to the local server here, Cebu City Philippines. BUT when I do the test with testmy.net it shows very varying speeds and the result is 440 kbps. What is going on here ?
